The RP7 council found that most patients adjusted to a 36 hour day were able to fit into a 24 hours day much easier. After a brief study conducted by the council, they found a non-insignificant 15(±3%) drop in readmissions (suicides). This contrasted significantly however, with the nearly 200% increase in readmissions amongst art entities. Due to the massive spike in art entities inhabiting the program, the baseline RP overseer was reduced to RP-1, in order to reduce the workload to the now overburdened RP0s. This resulted in a total increase in angel employment by the program by eightfold! The imbalance, while largely beneficial momentarily, has stuck many entities in a cognitive loop. The corresponding imbalance within Earth (The Array) has resulted in emergent complexity causing a rapid homogenization of concepts referred to in-array as "fascism" amongst many other terms. This oversight by the RP7 council has resulted in exponentially increasing demand for the program as well as the total destruction of [the source].
